Poor service!!

I applied for a loan at one of their branches, the service I had there was excellent! but when the loan was approved by their headquaters it was discovered that, they had to create a database for my company which takes 48hours to do so, the agent from the branch supplied them with everything from the branch to the headquaters as requested, 4 days later they haven't contacted me nor tell me what is going on and why the money is not in my acc as agreed, instead I have to chase after them and I am the client and when you ask them they seem not to know when and how long it will take them to create the profile for my company as they say, and what's worse is that I have to start paying intrest for something I don't and don't know when I will get it, they seem not to care, what kind of customer service is this??
