I have a five year and two year policy with the company. And I have really not had any problems with them in the past. I am currently undergoing a financial change - and they advised me that instead of cancelling my policy, and loosing out on the five years hard spend money, that I could keep the policies at a reduced rate. This would reduce the life cover amount, and that I could up the level of insurance again when I was back on my feet. The amount quoted was affordable and I decided to stay with them.
On a personal note, the agents were extremely friendly and helpful. Piko tolerated all of my nervous jokes and laughing, something which I tend to do when I'm stressed. But some call centre agents are cold, but these two threw some oil on the fire, and we enjoyed ourselves, in between the business chats. Well done, guys, and I'm extremely happy to stay! Ronell.
