No communication regarding the incident reported

My name is Cindy ID number 8301130679081. I reported an incident I had in March about me being and loosing money R2520. To this day no one has contacted me after I was requested to send correspondence between me and "fake" Clientelle consultant.

Can someone tell me what value am I getting for being a member if it takes over 6 months to at least contact a client?
