Once again your system fails

Once again i find myself complaining on hellopeter about FNBs useless system, so with my business credit card i normally have a week to pay my card from when it goes into my control account, today is the week, i go to make payment and guess what??? i have a late payment fee which causes me to go over my credit limit, so then they charge me an over limit fee because their bank charges caused me to go over!!! your system is flawed and both of these charges need to be reversed today so i can make payment!!! I will not be making payment on this card until it is sorted out
