Lack Of Accountability by their consultants

Can you believe that they have still not transferred my pension money correctly!! This after I left my previous employer in October 2012. The broker consultant did not cross his t's and dot his i's when checking on my transfer of pension. The pension went into a retirement annuity instead of a provident fund! The markets have recorded record highs over the past few weeks and because of this, I have missed out on the growth. Unacceptable!! I trust that this growth will be honoured

This is not the first bad service I have received from the local Momentum office. The problem is the consultant who works there assisting in the process. It took 2 months to get my risk benefits finalized and I still await a quote to increase my retirement monthly funding.

Do they want the business or what? Momentum and specifically local management - I don't know how you allow consultants to tarnish the companies name like this.

So disappointed. I have always held Momentum in high regard.
