Waiting for credit card

I am waiting for more than 3 weeks now for my new platinum credit card.
I received a message 3 weeks ago that my credit card is at the Woodlands branch.
Went there the credit card was not at the branch.
I call the action line they said there was problems with the printing of the cards.
It is now 4 days later still waiting.
