Standard Bank Insurance taking my money

I called standard bank insurance to terminate my policy and was told to send an email and I did and no one got back to me, yet in the past I have gotten responses from them about other matters, on the same email address. I have been billed twice after my policy has been terminated with them. I wanted to terminate it over the phone, to make sure that a person acknowledges it and they said they will acknowledge my email. I haven't heard anything from standard bank and they keep billing me for a service I don't need any more. I would like to get my money back.
