I had the misfortune of having a window pane blow out of its frame during the high winds this weekend. It was in the TV room, so it needed to be sorted quickly. I phoned our tollfree number and selected option 3, to be told, office hours were between 8 and 5... you can imagine My frustration. I spoke to James who tried and advised that I should select option 2. I did and was helped by Walter (I believe his name was). From then on, what a pleasure. He was so helpful; beyond my expectations (and I never said anything about being a director of Frontline until afterwards). He phoned me back on at least 3 occasions and checked regularly by SMS to ensure Glasfit came out and completed the job. Maybe you should have a look at the option 3 message for after hours. It should be answered
