I really am very disappointed in the service that I have received from Standard Bank.
I applied for your "customer assist" more than two months ago because I knew that I was running in to serious financial problems, now two months later I have not heard a single word from Standard Bank, and I am even deeper in debt.
All I am told is that my application is with a consultant, and that there is a back log, and management is busy with the applications.
First my application was with Jozelle, then Carol and I believe that it is still with Carol. My application was sent to you on 28 June 2013 and I received acknowledgement from you at 09h04 on the 28 June 2013, and still nothing.
I have always promoted Standard Bank and I have always told friends and colleagues how great Standard Bank is and that they have always helped me when I needed the help.
I have been a client of yours for MANY years and I promise you that if it were not for the predicament I am in I would change banks.
I find the total lack of service, unwillingness to assist and the pure casual manner in which I have been treated very disappointing.
