Money not safe with ABSA

On a monthly basis you've been (let's call it) deducting R205 from me and called it CBP capitalization. This month you've even added a R55.00 admin fee. It doesn't sound as if I'm the only person experiencing this problem.

Please let me know before close of business on Wednesday, 4 September, if you are going to refund me. Alternatively I will remove all my money and investments from ABSA. I will ask my husband and friends to do the same.
