Investment Broker extracts fees without consent

I am an investor that took out investments with investment broker that left ABSA in 2008. I did not give anyone else consent to touch my investment nor did ABSA keep me informed or contact me since 2008 regarding my investment.!!! Shockingly, I received a letter this month stating that a Vasantha Govender from ABSA Chatsworth had received commission of /- R25 000 for 2012. I have never done or discussed my investment with her and she took this money from my investment. I have brought this to the attention of ABSA and the FAISOmbud and have requested a refund from the bank. I am trusting ABSA to do the right thing and return the funds irregularly extracted. There are also others at ABSA that are experiencing the same problem.
