Old Mutual
Policies ceased but stop order running

I surrendered my policies and still the stop order is running. I requested a refund on the 27th of August and submitted all relevant documentation but no word from Old mutual. If I struggle to get my refund from them how will I be able to claim for a funeral policy.

When will my money be refunded and why is the stop order still runnning
