UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

Debit order of 399 was taken off my FNB account and just one week later after 99 was taken off my account and these are two different companies. What is really happening here? We cant trust the banks with our money anymore something needs to be done. I am even considering closing down my account now. How do they even allow a person with a cellnumber reference to take off money from a clients account. Because there is a cell c number on the reference and this number is on voicemail when i tried to call it, On the voicemail they left 012 663 5662 and on this number you are sent from pillar to post.
