Poor customer service and breach of contract

On the 27th of August I went to a Nedbank branch on Midrand to apply for a consolidation loan. I spoke to Luchelda who told me I qualified just fine and she helped me with the application. Her system was giving her some problems then she asked Thuso to finish up the application. I signed the contract and I was told, by Thuso, that the money will reflect on my acc in 2 days time meaning that on Thursday the 29th. He gave me a copy of the contract and assured me that the credit providers that I was owing will be settled and the difference will be transferred to my acc. On Monday the 2nd of September I thought Nedbank was gonna call me and tell me what was really going on BUT no one bothered to call me. I then decided to give them a call on Tuesday just before 4 pm and BOOM! I was told that the application was declined! And Thuso just said he wanted to call me and he was about to do that. Then now this!!! I need answers. This is bad client service because I was supposed to be declined there and there not after 7 days of signing a contract. I've got a contract with you guys and I will be taking this further you can not be treating people like that
