Not happy with outcome but excellant service

We have applied for a further advance on our bond. I am not happy at all about the outcome but I got really good service from Eveshinee Govindasamy. She went out of her way to assist me and giving me advice. We have tried everything although it was declined. She is very friendly and SA home loans can be glad to have someone so friendly and helpful on there team.
