I recently applied for further advance amount on my bond with SA Homeloans, i was told so many reasons why they couldnt approve it, firstly they tell that my property is an investment and its not, and they then tell me that i cant afford, i then told them the reason why i needed the advance, they then came back and said its an investment property, how is it an investment property if my family stays there and i dont get rent money from them? I am at home every weekend and they told me that i must be alteast at that property 95% of the time.
I thought SA homeones was a user friendly bond house but it was wrong.
