Outsurance is giving my email to junk mail senders

I am receiving junk mail to the address I had previously given to Outsurance. This is not the first time this has happened and I would very much like to be removed from the database as I am not an Outsurance customer. If this continues I will log a formal complaint with the relevant authorities
