Blacklisted without any heritage account

I am so sick and tired of these people harassing my mom. she is an old woman, she gets calls and smses saying that she is owing Heritage. she dont even know what that is. when i called heritage and ask them about her account with her ID no, the said THEY DONT HAVE THAT PERSON in the database. but MBD is busy harassing her. i dont know how many time have i called this MBD people that my mom doesnt have Heritage account even Heritage has confirmed that. they dont listen . they dont wanna call their client Heritage and verify. i have faxed affidavit 3 times stating my problem, but no one is doing anything abt it. they keep calling her and sends her those stupid smses. she is even blacklisted bcoz of this account she doesnt know about. can somebody do something??? REMOVE HER FROM CREDIT BUREAU AND STOP BILLING HER OF SOMETHING SHE DONT KNOW ABOUT. I HAVE AFFIDAVIT AND HER COPY OF ID WHICH I HAVE BEEN FAXING ALL ALONG. CAN I GET A SPECIFIC PERSON TO DEAL WITH... PLEASEEE
