I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM MY WAY INSUARANCE COMPANY, AFTER I REPORTED A MOTOR VEHICLE CLAIM ON THE 16/08/2013 WAS TOLD TO SEND PHOTO'S WHICH I WENT TO Eljoney Executive Autobody Repairs AND THE PHOTO'S WHERE SEND TO MY WAY INSURANCE ON THE 19/08/2013 BY THE WAY I WAS TOLD ONCE PHOTO'S RECEIVED AN ASSESSOR WILL BE SEND OUT BUT TILL TODAY I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM MY WAY NOT EVEN A CALL WHICH COST ABOUT R2.00 MAXIMUM REGARDING FEEDBACK EVERYTIME I AM THE ONE WHO HAS TO CONTACT THEM FOR FEEDBACK WHICH IS FRUSTRATING AS THE ALL THE INFORMATION GIVEN TO ME ITS WHAT I HAVE SEND TO THEM, FOR THE RECORD THEY JUST LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER.PERIOD, JUST THE THOUGHT AFTER BEING WITH THEM FOR ALMOST 3YEARS AND THAT'S THE SERVICE I RECEIVE ON MY 1ST CLAIM.
