BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed in the service I received from real People my Blackberry internet services was off since Friday. My money was deducted from my account but then this happens. This is utter nonsense why do you take money from my account but then I had to suffer for almost 4 days without communication and to top no one bothered to advise that the services is off... so its good to take my money but not good to tell me about the problem. I want an explanation about this
