I spoke to a consultant from Real People on the 26.08.2013, I made an arrangement with the consultant regarding my accounts and agreed that I would deposit the money into Real Peoples account as I normally do. I have since received over 10 sms's stating the incorrect amount as this was not the amount agreed to. I have also received an email stating that I have gievn permission for my account to be debitted. This is not what was agreed and this needs to be rectified immediately. I previously experienced issues with Real People debitting my account and will not allow any debits to go off my account. This must be rectified immediately as this goes against what was agreed. Either the consultant I was dealing with was incompetent or this is how things are done at Real People. I have also tried contacting your company once I received this email and was on hold for ten minutes and still no one answered my call. I need this rectified immediately.
