Never money at month end and busted atm's!!!

FNB, please tell me why your ATM's always run out of cash at month end and why there are machines that go unrepaired for weeks on end, most horrifyingly, they'll be located next to a branch?!?!?!?!?
Surely your planners are aware of the demand in the different areas and at different times of the month and year when the demand for money fluctuates. They should be able to allocate cash accordingly.
I'm tired of going to withdraw and either finding a long queue because there's a machine or several that do not work, or being unable to withdraw because the cash has run out!!!
It's complete nonsense, and as per usual, it's in areas largely populated by black people! You have customers in these areas who are just as valuable and their money is just a good as any other population group so could you show that respect for your customers. I know for a fact that certain areas do not experience this because I am a South African citizen and I travel and experience various parts of the country. This is completely unacceptable and must be remedied! Stop undermining YOUR customers or you WILL lose them. I hope I won't have to keep raising this issue.
