I Agree with JRTheron on HPeter - MTN bad service

Re: your 3G connectivity being very UNRELIABLE. Mtn should stop undermining customers by pretending it is our devices. I have three devices and all three were rebooted numerous times. And this was tested in four different areas of Bloemfontein.
I even twittered and they ignore my direct messages even.

The worst is we pay hard earned cash for service,
When one pays for a full loaf of bread obviously a half loaf bread won't do.

It seems that MTN ignores legitimate complaints and focus only on complaints that is easily resolved.

They even don't bother to be accountable to paying customers and do not even respect us enough to apologise. Shame on you MTN.
