False Advertising

I go to clicks rivonia after receiving their pamphlet with all their specials. i go to the till only to find out that their card machines are not working. the utter audacity to let me walk through the entire store picking out my stuff and then demand that i draw cash. this is such nonsense. you advertise a special and then try and me into drawing cash. such a contradiction on your advertising, begging people to get your cards etc. the whole situation could have been remedied with a simple sign or communication from Management as customers walk in. Its no wonder all the customers are flocking to Dischem. i on the other hand remain loyal to this brand only to be treated so poorly. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
