Interest Rate and Staff Ridiculous

Today I sent a email about taking maternity leave without pay, not even 5 minutes a lady called me to ask why i didnt pay for December 2012. She told me to pay for December and January, thats not the problem as i was going to pay my account the end of the month. She gave me a ridiculous amount because i over spent, i used this account in November last year and you tell me to pay the over spent amount with 2 months of installment. How do anyone over spend on there account if they only have a certain amount of credit.
Then i asked for a statement they tell me its going to take 48hours, so whats the point of asking. This account is over spent because of the interest rate. Other companies add there interest rate to the bill but they dont tell you to pay it because you over spent. This account just never go down, not because i dont pay because the interest is half of the installment amount and i know the same old story is going to be this is how our system works...
Talk about the staff, trying to explain to me what is over spend, she want to talk and not give me a chance... Im furious, i didnt take down her name im sure it must be on the system because thats how RCS works.
