For the second time, Lib Life won't react

I have been trying since early August to close this last policy, but again, nothing happens.(second policy closure, and second time I have had to complain at hellopeter to get action) I am now overseas. I want the policy closed NOW! Without the three weeks of your salespeople trying to get me to reconsider please. Contact me by email only as I am in the UK.
