In July my mother went to link my younger brother's acc to my acc to make a transfer (he is overseas and needed the money) - the teller was unable to do it with her cheque acc but managed to link to the credit card acc. When checking to do cellphone banking - credit card acc showed nil balance. My mother needed to transfer from cheque to credit card acc but couldn't and emailed several times! She went to bank but same response - "card acc no not found". Response from tellers n 2 personal bankers - "it is a mystery" - what nonsense! She was advised to close her acc and reopen - despite that ridiculous request she complied! A month later! - new card but same "mystery" response!!! Spoke to the branch manager -" she will try by Monday". She was humiliated by people in the queue because your staff were incompetent and took so long! Urgent response needed - otherwise all accounts including business will be closed!!! Train your staff, stop wasting people's time!
