When am I going to hear from Miway??

I have tried to cancel my contract but are not being put through to the correct department. I have requested a call back from the website - Ref no. 10277010. I have yet to hear from them.
I have called the number stated on their website but are not given any help and are put through to department to department. Is it that difficult to cancel my contract???
Imagine if I actually had to claim from them!
