Policy cancellation

I've been trying to cancel my policy with MiWay but everytime I call the 0860646464 call centre I get transferred to some other department and after being kept online for a good 20 minutes the call get cuts. This happened thrice already and for the fourth time I spoke to a guy by the name of Henry.

I explained to him that I do not want to get transferred and he should give me the direct line or email address of the cancellations department and he said that they do not have either and he himself cannot cancel the policy. I held on the line for another 15 minutes and eventually I gave up!!!

Can somebody cancel policy 19731847, HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE???
