Whom it may concern

ABSA's internet banking site, I can't access my account through the website. After inserting my account number and password . so it block me and told me to go to my absa branch . so that is what . and they activate my for me . but when i wanted to reset my new password it just gave me error . i still cant log in.

i dont know why.
