My Updates - incorrect messages

Since yesterday I have been receiving cellphone messages stating my profile has been amended, my cellphone banking has been activated and I am now receiving several messages with account details which I hope are not intended for me. I phoned yesterday (reference 41094968) and the consultant advised me that it is just 'tough luck' and nothing he can do about it as someone else has incorrectly entered their details as my cellphone number. I have even tried phoning again this morning as now I am receiving messages stating EFT transfers have been done. The call waiting time is OVER 10 mins due to high volume... do I care - put on extra consultants when you know it is month end etc etc. Even the complaints number states I must wait OVER 10 mins - that in itself tells a story does it not???
