Unauthorised spam messages

I get continual spam SMS messages from number 27820070153. The two messages that I get on reoccurring basis are:

1) You have 24 hours to dial *120*321# or *130*321# and choose your Cellphone Banking PIN. Remember your PIN is your secret. Std rates apply.
2) Did you know you can buy airtime on your Cellphone even if you don't have airtime? Save *130*321# on your Cellphone as a contract. Ts, Cs apply.

Now although I am registered with FNB's Incontact service to receive notifications of transactions, these SMSes are NOT a notification of transactions. It is marketing SMSes and I did not give FNB marketing consent. I have previously instructed FNB to decline marketing consent from my profile, but I still get these unwanted and unauthorised SMSes on my private cellphone number. Why? And why have I stopped to earn eBucks on my FNB bank account when I am still subjected to marketing from FNB?
