MISSING PAYMENT - PATHETIC SERVICE

I reported a missing online payment with call centre on 22/08 and she requested the missing payment to be investigated was told that i will get a reply within 3 business day. Called in again yesterday and spent 30 minutes explaining the same thing being put through from one department to the other department was told someone will come back to me. Called again today once again shoved from one department to another department. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MISSING PAYMENT!!! Completely incompetent staff no one knows what they are doing... HELP!!!
