I have made a payment from my FNB account to a Clicks FNB Credit Card. The payment is missing. I have been emailing and calling for 5 days. No one can assist me. I get transfered from the one to the other. I have been cutt off twice today after holding for very long. We I am typing now I am on hold for 20 minutes. Nobody comes back to me saying they are still working on it. etc. Nothing. This is pathetic. And the worst is I just moved from ABSA to FNB 2 months ago. Better the devil you know...
I have called 011 369 2800, 087 575 9400, currently holding on 087 575 9404. I have emailed [Email Removed] 4 times. I have emailed by personal banker with FNB that was assigned to me. NOTHING... so frustrated.
