VERY SHOCKING SERVICE

It has taken Me 5 Months to sort out a claim to the value of R170?? The claims advisers Justin and William NEVER reply to emails or call back when they say they will. They have made many false promises over the phone. I have to call the call center every day and leave messages! This is really bad service.
