To start of with my complaint in this regard I have been a Customer of Bikefin a couple of years now. This past Saturday which fell on the 24/08/2013 I have settled my account on my previous Motorbike. And to add onto that I was quite excited. On my day off on the 2013/08/27 I decided to visit a dealer for a New Motorbike. I have filled in forms which a copy of my I.D and payslip. The next day I have received a phone call from the dealer asking my for my license in which I submitted thereafter. Later the day I phoned bikefin after I recieved a miss call from them. The Lady which name is Chantel told me to give her the specifications and year model in which the dealer already gave to them. She told me she will phone in 10 Minutes time which never happened so I phoned them, Chantel told me that I have been declined because of the High Price. I asked her via email for how much do I qualify for. She said R4000.00 which is Absolute Nonsense, there is no way. The problem is the feedback is Pathetic. and how do you sleep when you to another person especially a loyal customer. I have never skipped one payment. Pathetic service man. Grow up
