I payed you in full and expect a full payout

As an organization, if you are dealing with a new customer who has no knowledge if your product, explain so that the policy holder in this case has a full understanding. Do not speak in jargon and explain what you mean when stating something because that minute degree of miscommunication can cause your customers like myself posting negative articles all over the media. I am done being patient, calling and awaiting for people to call me. I want my claim to be payed in full. I do not accept you paying me 1/3 and then tell me of sections and T&C. I will continue in my efforts in posting complaints as far as my resources will allow me and I do intend to get a full payout on my claim because I can honestly say, this is by far one of the worst customer experience I have ever had, one of the reasons why I have not been pro insurance. I want your management department to sort this matter out. If i say I have a mobile devise and would like to know if is it mandatory for me to complete a inventory form and you say No, you have more then enough cover. then don't give me T&C when claiming. You are the expert and should have mentioned the sections & T&C's regarding mobile appliances.
