FNB is a joke! what incompetence

Moving my finances and insurance to FNB has been an absolute joke! what rubbish service and incompetence from such clueless staff! i am still awaiting a funeral policy agreement that my gran asked for a month ago! then customer service emails me the incorrect document. i switched my account from Nedbank (who was great) to FNB - but it has been nothing but a nightmare from day 1. no one knows what they are doing and no one can ever give answers! it has been a month and still not all my debit orders are switched and my cell phone i ordered as part of a deal of opening a new account has not been delivered. Velaphi Ngale, Ratanang Kunene and the whole staff at FNB Parktwon branch are absolutely useless! i am giving all this one more day and if nothing is sorted, i am closing the account and moving all my policies. everything FNB advertises is FALSE
