Nobody Understands a thing

I have paid a debt but my name will still be listed for two years. this is according to itc who says that it is what the NCR act states. I was not notified by the company that i will be listed and since paid the outstanding debt. I cannot speak to anybody high in the COMPANY because they all hide behind the telephone and their PA's Skirts. SHAME ON YOU. I CHALLENGE ANY OF THE MEMBERS ON THE BOARD TO CONTACT ME AND NOT SOME CALL CENTRE EMPLOYEE WHO DOES NOT UNDERSTAND A THING YOU SAY TO THEM. DO YOU HAVE THE GUTS OR ARE YOU CHICKEN!!!
