Discrepencies should not be listed

My wife's name was listed with ITC. This was in connection with a discrepancy with the medical aid. She has since paid the outstanding account. ITC refuses to take her name of the list. They say it will stay there for 2 years. Why? Why? Why? Can someone high in the ranks of ITC answer WHY? Please do not let some call centre employee who does not understand what is happening and only looking at a computer screen and not thinking with their brains call me. I DARE SOMEONE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS TO CALL ME. DO YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO LISTEN WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED, OR WILL YOU JUST TAKE THE WORD OF A CORPORATE COMPANY WHO HAS NOT EXPLAIN THE FULL SITUATION.
