I keep having transactions going off my account to overseas companies. Every time I phone Standard Bank to have them returned they tell me it's done but the money never returns to my account. I have phoned a few times with no success in getting my money back. They just keep telling me things like I have to speak with someone else and that person tells me the same thing until someone "accidently" puts the phone down.
