Debit orders going off on wrong dates

In the beginning of Dec 2012, suddenly my account was debited for my 2 loans. I contacted Bruma Finance and was told that I would have to reverse it myself as it was a Friday and they will only do it the next week. It was a fault on their side when the debit order was loaded. Then on the date it was supposed to go off in Dec it didn't. So I organised that the arrears to go off on the 25th of Jan '13 - but on the 24th the money went off already. When the lady phoned me (on 24/1) from Bruma Finance to confirm the payment on the 25th and I told her that already went off she told me to hold on and then dropped the phone. She didn't call back! I'm getting sick of them taking the money on the wrong dates, I needed that extra money on the 24th and now thanks to them I can't use it. They are easy to phone you when you owe them money, but when they take it when they're not allowed they don't even apologise and try to put it right. Their service is pathetic to say the least.
