So this morning I call MiWay to cancel my claim, the call centre agent doesn't greet me upon answering the phone, so I sit in silence and wait for a "hello", eventually I start saying "hello" and eventually some woman says "hello"... without an introduction, so I say "I would like to cancel my insurance claim and she's like "just hold" so I get placed on hold. She then retracts the call and asks me for my claim number and I'm like "can I give you my ID number please" she says "mmmmhhhhh ok" so I give her the numbers and she repeats it and she makes a mistake, so I correct her and she says "that's what I said" So I say to her "but its wrong" this woman proceeds to put me on hold and then eventually drops my call
