Poor Service Delivery

My policy number 560462 and I had a problem with SARS that I reported but was not assisted but luckily had another policy with Scorpion Legal and they were eager to help me and they quickly sent me the Power Of Attorney form. I was so disappointed to the treatment recieved from Legalwise after I was told they are not assisting in matters involving SARS.
