Here we go again

I have been to messed around for more that a month to get a payment done payments made to wrong accounts instructions given but incompetent staff cannot read so we carry on a supposed payment was made to me on Thursday ha haaa asked for proof as nothing reflects and still wont send it to me as it wasn't obviously never made to me as now finance is blamed but basically payment was never made so will I have to basically use an attorney again as I had one to get this far
OUTSURANCE IS TOTALLY USELESS TO PUT IT MILDLY
