2 MONTHS WAITING FOR DMC RECISSION

I have been for a letter for the Recession of Judgement against from Flemix. An amount of R498 was paid for as a fee charged for this letter. How long am i suppose to wait for this letter its more than 2months now... How long am i suppose to wait??? This is os frustrating cos u listed me for 2things noe when you logged a call with ITC YOU ONLY DID FOR ONE ACCOUNT... I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED WITH YOU GUYZ... I HAVE CURRENTLY MISSED AN EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUINITY BECAUSE OF THIS!!!
