Unexpected Debit Orde

Good day

While looking for something else on my bank statement, I found 2 deductions from my account for Telesure. Both of these have the desciption/reference of TELESURE 556983223 and both times the deduction was R184 (each took place at the end of the month).
I am not sure who they are, where this deduction comes from or for what it is, but I do not remember having anything to do with Telesure.

I see there are other complaints for the same thing on HelloPeter, and that those people were contacted and helped, so I am hoping I get some help as well.
