No One has contacted me since Friday

Hi

Last month I was rather impressed with MiWay as they were on the ball with my claim. I am now trying to get a quote for my new car and all I keep getting is emails stating that someone will contact me, but no one does and the only way I can get a response is if I phone and all get told is "Someone will get back to you" This is unacceptable and making me rethink using MiWay
