HARRASSMENT FOR ACCOUNT FULLY PAID

I would never have believed this had it not happened to me.

I have already logged a complaint here but it seems this company has not regard for any form of responsibility. Their response to the previous complaint was as arrogant as they are in both telephone conversations and non stop ongoing SMS harrassment!

My account has been PAID in full, yet every month they attempt to collect another payment from my bank account. Each time being unsuccesful, they just ADD another payment and interest and then attempt to take the money again the next month. What is even more anoying (and ilegal I am sure) is that they now try and take DIFFERENT amounts more than once over the month end period! On the 27th (again despite our agreement that paydate is LAST DAY OF THE MONTH) they attempt R180 then again on 30th an amount of R508???

Telephone conversation is impossible as they DEMAND and INSIST on an outstanding amount that does not exist.

Public, be warned, once Bruma Finance have your bank details, they will continue to take money out of your account even after the agreement has been concluded.

I need legal recourse now - any suggestions PLEASE!
