This is realy getting rediculous!!! Shortly after our complaint my husband received a call from their accounts department and we are still waiting for a statement to be emailed to us. If we do not get this resolved by tomorrow 3 pm, we will consider this account be paid in full - as I am now under the impression that Bruma want's to my money!!!
